Lebensgefährlicher Gasaustritt mit Feuerwehreinsatz, katastrophaler Mängelzustand und null Unterstützung durch den Host
Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich, die Betonung liegt auf eigentlich,ideal. Schöne große Wohnung ziemlich neu. Trotzdem hatten wir einen Vorfall der leider unseren ganzen Urlaub zerstört hat. Der Anbieter ist sehr schlecht erreichbar und zahlt die zunächst versprochenen Entschädigungszahlungen nicht aus.
Der Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe und ein Sicherheitsrisiko. 5 von 7 Nächten waren völlig unbrauchbar. Es gab einen lebensgefährlichen Gasaustritt, der nachts einen Großeinsatz der Feuerwehr und des Gasversorgers erforderte. Dazu kompletter Ausfall von Warmwasser, keinerlei Kochmöglichkeiten und eine kaputte Klimaanlage. Der Host ignoriert jeglichen Kontakt, reagiert auf keine Nachrichten und weigert sich, eine faire Erstattung zu leisten. Absolut unprofessionell und brandgefährlich – keinesfalls buchen!

Appartement très spacieux, bon emplacement proche centre historique. Superette à proximité. Restaurant en bas de l'appartement excellent avec un personnel au top car nous avons eu un gros soucis dans l'appartement,ma fille est restée bloqué 3 heures car un problème de serrure. L'équipe service client ne répondait pasdonc je suis allée voir le personnel du restaurant qui nous a aidé pour appeler serrurier d'urgence . Je conseille ce restaurant. Je conseille cette appartement .
Manque de relationnel du service de l'agence de l'appartement en cas de probléme aucune réponse en cas d'urgence.
