Unacceptable business practice
WARNING: Unacceptable business practice. The establishment turned us away at 9:30 p.m., even though our reservation had been confirmed at 5:00 p.m. No one at the front desk was willing to speak English, even though it’s supposedly a “resort” (?). And getting a refund was very complicated. ATTENZIONE: pratica commerciale inaccettabile. La struttura ci ha rifiutato l'accesso alle 21:30, nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata confermata alle 17:00. Nessuno alla reception ha voluto parlare in inglese, nonostante si tratti pur sempre di un «resort» (?). Inoltre, ottenere il rimborso è stato molto complicato. ATTENTION : pratique commerciale déplorable. L'établissement nous a refusé l'accès à 21 h 30 alors que la réservation avait été confirmée. Personne à la réception n'a voulu parler anglais alors qu'il s'agit tout de même d'un « resort » (?). Et obtenir le remboursement a été très compliqué. ACHTUNG: Verabscheuungswürdige Geschäftspraxis. Das Hotel hat uns um 21:30 Uhr abgewiesen, obwohl die Reservierung bereits um 17 Uhr bestätigt worden war. Niemand an der Rezeption war bereit, Englisch zu sprechen, obwohl es sich immerhin um ein „Resort“ (?) handelt. Und die Rückerstattung zu erhalten, war sehr kompliziert.

La colazione non è a buffet, viene servita su prenotazione da farsi la sera prima. Potrebbe sembrare una pecca ma ciò d ala possibilità di avere prodotti freschi e di ridurre gli sprechi. L'alloggio è collegato ad una cantina che produce vino biologico, acquistabile il loco.
