Just a few negatives but overall a good stay . We found evening eating out a bit limited if you don’t want to drive .
Nice gardens .Spacious Clean linen , soft pillows. Good to have bath / shower on all levels. We had a problem locking the doors , the owner / manager was very prompt to deal with our queries. Peaceful location Well equipped kitchen
Lots of steps between rooms but quirky. Too much clutter , seemed like a store . The single room hadn’t been cleaned properly, found sweet wrappers under the bed & in the wardrobe . The single bed uncomfortable. The other beds were comfortable however . Many doors to the outside of the property which none opened or locked easily. Gardener& Handyman in the garden on the Friday morning, made us a bit overlooked as no curtains or blinds on downstairs windows .

A great property to spend quality time with friends.
A really comfortable property; loved the conservatory and lounge. The kitchen was pretty well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The garden was lovely too, though we didn't spend long there as we were out during the days. Location was also great - an easy walk down into town and a bracing walk back.

Fabulous stay, beautiful house, super clean, and the garden was gorgeous! Perfect location.
Location was great, quiet but close to everything. The house is big and beautiful but not cold, it was cosy and charming. Perfect 👌 lovely touches on arrival such as large bowl of chocolates and lovely toiletries. Gardens are gorgeous.

Truly Magnificent
The house and all its furnishings truly were magnificent. The garden with all its beautful plants and unique ornaments offered interest at every turn. The bedrooms and views were luxurious with amazing views. Parking was very easy. The walk into Swanage so easy.
If you have severe mobility issues the quick route from the cottage to swanage was a little steep.

Beautiful stay. Perfect!
Beautiful home and location overlooking the cliffs and sea. The garden was perfect for our family to enjoy as well. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend
