    The breakfast was nice

    I checked in online with expectations to arrive at 6pm. After a long flight I arrived at 1020pm only to met by a receptionist that was rude and had a bulldog disposition. Told me they were cleaning my room and that 4 people quit on her.. not my problem. She said do u want the room or not. I got to my room about 1115 took a brief sleep only to wake up to a dirty tub with no shower curtain. Sad sad sad

    The staff were helpful given the lack of

    It was clean & comfortable

    The bathroom needs to be updated, shower wasn’t great. We had to wait until early evening to get our room! Due to Staff shortages

    Elevator always out

    I liked the breakfast and location.

    Fix the elevator. Also, the tub drain runs constantly in room 228. Please fix the door keys to get in the building and room.
