Overall a great stay. Will come back.
Great location. Clean. Great view.
The air conditioning went out and had to go back and forth to another unit. Morgan was excellent in helping make it easy.

The perfect vacation spot
The hosts were fabulous with communication sending updates about our stay and events on the property and even reached out once the unit was available for check-in even though it was earlier than the check-in time. My partner and I had just completed our 6 hour drive and were dreading having to find things to do for an extra hour when all we wanted was to get settled in. Getting onto the property was super easy and the gate attendants ultra helpful. The covered parking (while tight) was a god-send during the stay keeping our vehicle from roasting in the sun. However, if you drive an oversized truck or suv, you likely won't want to park in the covered parking if you want to avoid dinging your doors on the walls or having them dinged by other cars. The unit was beautifully maintained and in the perfect location. It faced the jetty but was a short walk (~10 minutes) to the Gulf side of the beach (which included beach chair & umbrella rentals), and the balcony faced the area where they apparently shoot off fireworks every Thursday night! Because it's situated off of the main road, it's easy to get in and out of the area.
Everything was truly wonderful. The only feedback I would give is to leave a note to empty the dehumidifiers before going to sleep at night. The series of beeps when it undoubtedly fills up (because Florida humidity) can be terrifying to wake up to in the middle of the night.

This was a wonderful condo for the price! We will definitely try to come back and get this condo!
Very nice layout with beautiful view! The stove was an induction but they did not have the right pots and pans for it but they fixed that promptly:)
Wish it was a closer walk to the actual beach.
