    Conoscevo già il contesto a mio avviso davvero carino e soprattutto tranquillo in una zona bellissima. Anche l' appartamento benché datato su alcuni aspetti è da considerare in toto molto ben accessoriato e carino, avevo già soggiornato nello stesso nell' estate del 2022 e mi era già allora soddisfatto e piaciuto. Siamo stati davvero bene. Sarebbe da considerare forse una maggior pulizia e manutenzione nelle parti comuni, le scale erano davvero sporche, l' erba alta, vialetti sporchi con scalini resi scivolosi dallo sporco depositato.     I expected better

    Spacious apartment, underground parking, powerful air conditioning.

    All corners are dirty, there are spiderwebs everywhere (which can be a good thing because of mosquitos) There are even cigarette butts behind the washing machine on the balcony. So this all means that the cleaning is done carelessly. Also strange to have no teapot, soaps, bedsheets and towels (paid additionally) You can expect a big agency can easily afford things like these for the booking prices in Lignano. Also keep in mind that you will have to collect and drop keys in the agency office that is far away.
