    شقة جميلة نظيفة يوجد بها جميع الإحتياجات من أواني المطبخ الى الإنترنت السريع حتى مكتب مع فاكس تلفزيون مع شاشة مسطحة كبيرة ، نت فليكس ، شرفة ، غسالة ، سخان ماء ، محمصة خبز ، ميكرويف ، تقريبا كاملة

    المصعد قديم جدآ ، لا تستطيع فتح باب المصعد في الدور ال 12 يجب ان تصعد الى الدور ال 14 ثم تنزل الى الدور ال 12 يفتح باب المصعد ، إزعاج داخل الشقة بسبب قربه من الشارع الرئيسي صوت الترام عندما يتوقف وصوت بعض السيارات والدراجات النارية ليلآ نهارآ ، لا يوجد تكييف في غرفة النوم ، فقط في الصالة
