The place is great!!!nice and clean,nobody there being a contactless hotel no one is on the premises to let you in early
Clean and desolate
A little too far out from what’s happening. It being contactless hotel I think the problem is if you wanna check in early, you’re not able to do that on your own.My wife and I waited for an hour and a half to get let into the hotel.If I’m willing to pay to get let in early, I should be able to do so on an app or a phone call and not have to wait around for someone to give me a code to get in.Jacuzzi was freezing balls.

Great but...
Lovely room, good shower, very clean, nice pool. Free parking.
Further away from central palm springs, probably 1.5 milles. Electronic check-in, no staff around at all when we arrived around 7pm. We weren't sent any details/codes to access the building or our room. Fortunately very helpful man from Avantstay told me the access codes and room number. Incomplete details were sent the day after our arrival! I can't find anything on the booking.com website to indicate there are no reception staff after 7pm, we didn't see any staff.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The room was adorable, clean, AC was strong. It was a busy weekend in PS but this hotel was our quiet sanctuary. We can't wait to come back on our next trip!
