Хорошее расположение, на узкой улочке в старом городе, красиво. Белое хлопковое постельное. Вода и чай/кофе при заселении. Все просьбы стараются выполнять и помочь. Персонал хороший.
Заселили на час позже заявленного времени. Очень сильно плохая уборка в номере. Номер уставший и ремонт неаккуратный. Шумный бар.

Отличное расположение отеля. Приятный район, рядом красивые дома. Все в шаговой доступности. Отличный персонал, очень приятные люди. Номер тоже в порядке, есть телевизор и холодильник. Вид с балкона просто вау 😍😍

the room I was staying in was extremely noisy and had an awful view. utilities are very old, I had a whole in a ceiling. the reception staff was always screaming downstairs and put a loud music. I asked few times to make no noise, they promised me to give the better room upstairs but then just stopped to answer. the balcony was always full of water, every day, though, I couldn't go outside. I had late check out in my conditions in booking - till 15:00, but the reception man asked me to leave at 12:00 and didn't care about my booking. I wrote to booking.com about the situation, but after a week still no reply from booking.com. its a shame!!!
