  The outlook was nice but traffic made it quite noisy. The apartment was very spacious.

  We arrived at 2.25pm as our check-in was after 2pm. The keys were not in the lock box as instructed. We had to text and telephone the agent twice to find out what the problem was, only to be told the cleaner hadn't even been in to clean yet. The agent refunded some cash to us so we could go to the surf club as the cleaning would take 2 hours, which is all well and good for them but we had spent 3.5 hours on the road already. Once we finally we able to access the keys and get into the unit, we could relax somewhat. Sadly, there were a number of windows that we could either not or were difficult to move. The door to the patio looked liked it was the original old door from when the place was built. The door wouldn't lock and it constantly rattled loudly when the wind blew. Although we were on the 7th floor & all other building security was great, it shouldn't be too much to expect doors and windows to lock. Kitchen appliances were okay but the air fryer was greasy inside and the coffee machine was full of used coffee pods and slimy water that had obviously been there for a while. I shouldn't have had to clean other people's grime. I don't think I'd stay there again. I would rather spend the extra money at reliable accommodation and be closer to the ocean.

  Great location, comfortable stay and felt safe. Lots to do!

  The views from the balcony and all of the bedrooms was awesome! Yacht Club and water front, trees, and city lights. The size of the living area was comfortable with a large sofa and large modern tv. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, crockery and essentials (Vegemite, honey and coffee pods) location and easy access to transport - SeaWorld, pacific Airshow, beaches, cafes, shopping. Security in building.

  The decor was a little dated but it was great value for money with 3 bedrooms.

  10 out of 10 for location - 4 out of 10 for accommodation

  unfortunately only a couple of positives about our stay, first was the location & the views which got a 10 out of 10, 2nd was they had thought of everything that a traveller could want, it was a shame it was all stained & damaged.

  No arrival instructions, then arriving to a dirty apartment & no response from the host when I let them know that things were still dirty after they rushed in cleaners. The apartment & everything in it was very old & tired. The building manager informing us on arrival that this was a residential apartment & he wasn't happy that we were a short term guest.
