    We had cockroaches

    The staff was very friendly during our stay. The breakfast was good

    There were cockroaches in our room. 2 of them. We were told that they were spraying next week. These were right out in the open in our room. I have since been fighting with booking and management to get a refund. Booking said management is refusing the refund request, management is saying that since its third party they cant do anything. Either way there were roaches in our room, we had to go elsewhere, and were not getting any money back......

    Below our expectations which were already low

    Availability. We had bed bugs in our original hotel and this was the only hotel available. They have staff available to meet us in the lobby in order to secure us staying in the hotel for a few nights.

    The elevator was out when we checked in. Not ideal but it was not a big deal. Then the A/C went out in the room. You would think the staff would be more accommodating but they did not give a crap. Problems happen but when you don't respond to problems happening it when you get someone like me leaving a review when I never typically do.

    Very spacious room with everything you need for a long term stay.

    The room was extremely dirty and there was a pee stain on the comforter.

    My bathroom sink had toothpaste and hair in it upon arriving
