Property was in a good location and easy to get to and from other areas

The location and its proximity to the bus stop
I found a mouse in my room during my stay. When I first reported it to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do. After I insisted, they eventually moved me to another room. While I appreciate that they did relocate me, I was disappointed that I had to push for a room change after reporting such a serious cleanliness issue. The water didn’t get really hot. There was hair in the shower on the curtain and there was left trash like under the bed.
