    Good if you don’t need to work much during the day and are a heavy sleeper

    The rooms are big and clean except for the sheets and towels have stains and could use an upgrade. The bed was good/hard and there was lots of storage cupboards and lovely shelves to put everything out, very good.

    The walls are paper thin and bathroom was a bit smelly that can come into the clothes cupboard placed in the bathroom area or the bedroom if the door is open. You can hear someone on the phone even 4 doors down inside their room. It’s even more echoing in the bathroom. So to be considerate of others you need to be reasonably quiet in your room which most other residents were not, even at 3am :( Not the fault of the property however there is no signage for being quiet between certain hours along with the other ‘rules’ that are displayed to remind guests that if they are extremely noisy all the time then there may be a consequence. The internet was also only fine in the room and was not amazing for private zoom calls which as advertised as a co working venue I would expect more than only high speed internet in the public area.

    Apart from a double payment which took 6 weeks to sort out it was convenient.

    It was close to the business retreat I attended

    Bathroom was rough. But got the money it was ok I guess.
