  Overall, a very good experience. Thank you, Sandro and Roberto.

  Very nice appartment right in the historical centre of Palermo, beautiful terrace, very good beds, very good communication with the host who quickly solved some minor problems and was flexible concerning the departure time. Air con works perfectly. We stayed there twice, one time with self check-in, the other time the host greeted us personally.

  Be aware that Palermo may be quite noisy – and the house is located next to a bar that sometimes hosts live concerts until 2 am and plays music for the guests sitting outside. As can be seen in the photos, the flat is split in two levels; the stairs leading up to the main room and the kitchen are quite steep.

  Une des chambres donne sur une cours non entretenue dommage c est le seul point négatif

  Appartement agréable mais pas adapté au climat sicilen estival

  L'appartement a beaucoup de cachet, très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre historique de Palerme. Très propre. Parking situé à 80 mètres du logement. La terrasse est agréable. Le propriétaire était joignable facilement.

  Pas de clim dans les chambres, uniquement dans le salon. Ventilateurs fournis dans les chambres mais en été, les nuits sont très chaudes... Douches un peu vétustes, une des portes de la douche du bas se fermait mal. Cuisine très mal équipée : pas de café, pas de liquide vaisselle, très peu de vaisselle fournie, pas de prise sur le plan de travail, pas de hotte, pas de torchon Pas de machine à laver Pas de parasol pour la terrasse Planche à repasser sans fer à repasser inclus dans l'appartement...

  Расположение отличное.

  В спальнях нет кондиционеров, только вентиляторы и очень жарко. Внизу в доме расположено кафе, в котором гуляют до 4 утра посетители и невозможно спать. Очень громко.
