    Great hotel, amazing breakfast, beautiful rooms!

    Beautiful hotel, clean, kept up nicely… breakfast was amazing!

    The only negative thing i could think of was being able to check in before 3pm especially when traveling from united States overnite

    Eine wahre Oase im Trubel von Venedig. Plötzlich ist man von Stille umgeben. Stille.

    Vor allem die ruhige Lage neben der Redentore Kirche and Blick über Klostergarten und Lagune von Guidecca. Jeden Morgen Sonnenaufgang.

    Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig vielfältiger sein. Vor allem sind die Tische und Stühle in den beiden Frühstücksräumen viel zu eng gestellt. Man kommt kaum an Mitgästen vorbei, ohne anzustoßen. Viele Laufwege zum Buffet. Dadurch ist es sehr laut und unruhig.

    Magnificent hotel, very affordable and quiet and staff were very accommodating and went the extra mile

    Lovely and quiet, hotel was very relaxed atmosphere .. Breakfast was very varied and catered for everyone The garden area out the back is gorgeous looking out over the water in all directions Very close to water bus stop only a 2 min walk from property and water bus goes directly to St marks, 3 stops and if you need to go to get a taxi from Piazza Royale it’s only 25 mins in different directions

    Nothing really but beware of mosquitoes Even though we went during mid October we were eaten alive. .. Property has gardens behind so lots of mosquitoes Buy the spray and cover yourself ..
