The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and in a good location.

Unfortunately, essential maintenance was seriously lacking. The shower drain was blocked, and the air conditioning did not cool at all. The owner made no real attempt to resolve these issues and even refused to provide fans. It was a very hot night, and we were unable to sleep. Very poor service.
