The apartment is nice, roomy, and located in a quite/clean neighborhood.
The apartment is modern and clean. The owner is very nice and responsive; she speaks English fluently, quickly provided missing bath soap, and a fan. She even brought a second fan during the hot week since there was no air conditioner in the apartment --We expected that in most places in Europe.
The fridge door was defective. The owner sent a technician, but the problem persisted.

Ottima posizione ma con margini di miglioramento
Ottima posizione vicinissima al centro. L'unico problema sono un po' i parcheggi: c'è un parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze ma è quasi sempre pieno; i parcheggi più vicini sono con disco orario con sosta massima un'ora oppure in struttura a pagamento. Appartamento pulito e spazioso sito al sesto piano e raggiungibile con ascensore.
La soluzione di far trovare le chiavi in una cassettina con combinazione che si ottiene dopo una procedura non così semplice tramite telefono può anche essere comoda ma ingestibile da parte di un'utenza poco "digitale": sinceramente preferisco l'accoglienza di persona anche per poter scambiare due parole, conoscere l'host e chiedere un po' di info pratiche. Per il resto abbiamo avuto un contrattempo con la TV in quanto il cavo dell'antenna era difettoso (l'ha aggiustato mio marito - per scusarsi per il disguido l'host ci ha comunque esteso il check out fino alle 11.30) e con la lampada del bagno che ogni tanto "sfarfallava". Ultima cosa consiglierei di installare un condizionatore perché faceva molto caldo pur essendo ai primi di giugno

Que no había un mocho y cubo para fregar y que la presión del agua de la ducha fuera baja
