Torneremo il prossimo anno !!! Struttura molto valida!
La struttura e nuova tenuta maniacalmente, a tutti i confort nel suo interno, praticamente non manca nulla !!! Il parcheggio e proprio davanti casa , struttura a 10 minuti da gallipoli e dista poco dal centro nel suo complesso supermercati ,bar ,tabacchi sono a due passi .. Staff da 10 e lode !! Claudio il titolare e stato disponibile e gentile e molto ospitale ..

The apartment was tidy, the location good, and it was equipped with fairly new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator).
We had to pay €110 in additional taxes, even though Booking clearly states that all taxes are included. This is very unfair to guests. When we arrived, the host asked €25 for a change of bed linen, which was never mentioned in the description. Breakfast consisted only of a few items (jams, in 2 litres of milk, long-life croissants, etc.), which was not clearly explained and can lead to wrong expectations. The balcony has no table or chairs, and there were no photos of it in the listing. In reality, it can only be used for drying clothes, not for sitting. The description said that air conditioning should be charged extra, but in reality it was included. While this turned out fine for us, the inconsistency is very unclear and confusing. The apartment has very little natural light — only one double window in the living room, which makes the space quite dark. The beds were extremely uncomfortable — we woke up with back pain every morning, and our daughter could not sleep on the sofa in the living room. One of the drawers in the bedroom fell out while being pulled and injured my wife’s leg — this should be fixed as it is a real safety hazard. The host was very rude in communication when we tried to point out these shortcomings. Greater transparency in the description, accurate photos of all facilities (including the balcony), consistency in what is written versus what is charged, and more respectful communication would be fair and help guests know exactly what to expect.
