מדרגות בחדר לקומת שינה, תלול , לא מתאים למבוגרים, אין שלט , קשה מאוד למצוא את המלון. בעלי הבית מקסימים ואדיבים.

The space is a beautiful and the location is great. What really stands out was the attentiveness of the manager, Manuel. He was right there to prove de instructions, call a cab and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Fair to middling! Could be great but misses the mark.
It's a decent location with some good food locally if you do your research. We were well-based to explore Naples and beyond. The sound-proofing is excellent and you feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
It's not that we didn't like Maison Des Fleurs, it was fine, but we didn't recognise the rave reviews it gets. For a start, clear directions as to how to find the hotel and how to get in would be great - but they were responsive on messaging which was good. Secondly, the rooms are really basic and really lack any personality - they just need some warmth and decent styling to feel welcoming! The beds also have rubber sheeting underneath which seems odd in this day and age. Staff were fine but missing the family vibe mentioned in reviews.

Friendly service. Very clean room. Mattress was a bit too thin and soft. But everything else was great. Very good location for a quick stay in Naples!
