    E-Mail mit Zutrittsdaten wurde nicht verschickt obwohl Belastung für den Aufenthalt bereits zwei Tage im voraus getätigt wurde. Fehler wurde aber rasch und professionell behoben👍

    Everything that a boutique hotel should be.

    Loved how easy the check in process was. Text support was on the ball and was incredibly hospitable. So many amazing places to visit nearby such as historic buildings, cute shops and lovely restaurants. The facilities were amazing and the lighting/atmosphere was perfect (Room 204). I especially loved the high ceilings and the rain shower. Great mini vacation spot if you're new to city dwelling and want to experience a peaceful NYC-esque getaway.

    Room 203 did not have the same value as 204. The TV was unusable, some trouble with getting the room warm, and the throw blanket on the bed had some suspicious stains folded inside.

    I didn’t have a good experience because I booked on booking.com, and when we got to the room, the door wouldn’t open and when I called, they said that my booking had been canceled, but didn’t let me know. They were not able to find me another room, so it was disappointing to arrive to a city late and not be able to book into the place we had previously booked.
