    Wirklich unangenehm

    Eigentlich würde ich gerne eine gute Bewertung abgeben, denn das Zimmer war wirklich ansprechend. Aber es gab tatsächlich 0,0 Service. Nach dem Check in habe ich während des Aufenthalts niemanden mehr im Hotel angetroffen. Ein Geisterhaus. Kein room keeping, keine Rezeption. Anscheinend hatte auch niemand Frühstück gebucht, denn auch dort war niemand. Da ich dienstlich dort war, benötige ich eine Rechnung. Ich konnte meine Bitte vor Ort nicht vorbringen. Auf Anrufe, Emails oder Nachrichten reagiert niemand. Ich kenne nur einen Grund, warum Unternehmen keine Rechnung ausstellen - aber es kann sich ja jeder selbst überlegen.
