The location is perfect with incredible views of the Bay of Naples, Ischia and Capri. The villa is well laid out over three floors, with plenty of terraced areas that offer a private space if wanted. A lovely pool area and plenty of shade if you don't want to be in the sun. There is also a shower and toilet on the pool/sun terrace which was a bonus. Because of the elevated position, it's quite a steep walk to the marina however it's beautiful in the evening as the path is right on the ocean and only 15 minutes away. The villa is a little tired however this would not stop us from visiting again.
Two bedrooms were connected which is not mentioned in the villa description. Bedroom three also accesses the bathroom via the second bedroom. Not a problem for a family however we were three couples.

Fantastic property with stunning views
The villa is very spacious, we had the whole place to ourselves and it was great. The pool is a good size with a deep (2m) part and shallower part, the views from the sun terrace and outside the kitchen/living room are stunning. The villa has a good sized garage and I recommend you hire a car
It is a bit of a hike along narrow unlit roads to restaurants and shops, which makes it difficult if you do not have a car.

Villa spacieuse avec vue imprenable sur Capri et le golfe
La maison est immense et fort agréable, de beaux espaces sur plusieurs étages avec une piscine et un solarium tout en haut: la vue est époustouflante et totalement panoramique!!!
les accès extérieurs en voiture sont étroits mais comme partout dans cette région d’Italie: si vous prévoyez une voiture, ne prenez pas un modèle trop imposant!!

Great location BUT we should not have had to clean the property or ask our guests to share a bedroom
Fantastic views to the west including the island of Capri
The apartment was dirty, the equipment was cheap and dirty, one bedroom was uninhabitable due to mould and the bathroom also had mould. The kitchen had an ant infestation because the garbage bins are located outside the kitchen door. The oven still had the last occupants dirty baking trays and the freezer has a huge build up of dirty ice.
