The location is great, close to the old town. It is clean, tidy, silent during the day, and I feel it's safe for solo traveler. The host is friendly and support with renting a motorbike. No elevator but the host also helped me bring my luggage to the room. So far, I think it's a good choice for budget travel.
The valley is a bit small for cars to stop by and pick you up, by but still manageable.
