    Vakantiehuis de panne

    Grote ruime kamers. Dicht bij plopsaland en een delhaize aan de overkant. Parkeerplaats aan het pand. Kleine diepvries aanwezig, wasmachine en droogkast. Leuk groot terras met nieuwe meubels Tramhalte bij de deur Er zijn zeker minpunten, maar locatie, tof terras en het feit dat je veel buiten bent en als je wil te voet naar toe kunnen, maakt dit goed. Prijs kwaliteit çava!

    Verouderd qua infrastructuur, geen muggenramen in de kamers. Slechts 1 pan, die niet goed was. Potten wel ok. Kleinenvaatwas (werkt wel goed) Kwam vooral wat vuil over door gaten in tafelkleed, vloer die vol putten zit, oude kasten die moeilijk open gaan

    Die Lage ist sehr gut, es sind nur wenige Schritte zur Tram Station. Plopsaland und Plopsaqua sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schräg gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es könnten aber mehr Gläser da sein.

    Die Wohnung macht auf den Bildern einen höherwertigen Eindruck, insgesamt ist alles schon ein bisschen verwohnt. Ganz schlimm war die Plastiktischdecke auf dem Esstisch, wo an diversen Stellen kleine Löcher drin sind, wo das Plastik nach oben steht. Sieht wirklich doof aus und ist für mich unverständlich, dass die nicht erneuert wurde, da diese Kleinigkeit den Eindruck der Wohnung für mich gleich negativ geprägt hat. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut, der Boden war teils klebrig. Die Wohnung liegt über einem Grillrestaurant, dass allerdings nur von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet ist. Der Rauchgeruch vom Grill stört definitiv, außerdem geht der Kamin durch die Wohnung und strahlt ordentlich Hitze ab. Unangenehm wenn es sowieso schon warm ist.
