The apt has a good potential with a little more investment will be worth the money
The apartment is spacious and it has good air conditioning but bathroom and kitchen facilities are at the minimum.
The apartment was full of mosquitoes. The first night was impossible to sleep and we were covered with mosquito bites, I had to go to the pharmacy to get a cream. After we bought products to kill mosquitoes, but it took a couple of days before all mosquitoes were gone and we could not open the windows. Mosquito nets would probably be a good investment. The walls are full of stains of mosquitoes.
