    If you like climbing 55 steps couple times a day it’s great otherwise better off elsewhere

    Location was good.

    No elevator. 55steps to reach the room. Not easy with luggage Washing machine had no detergent. Barley enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay Overpriced. Get better value in a hotel

    Wow wow and wow

    Wonderful! We were surprised as how spacious the place was. Well furnished and clean, everything was as described. It is located at walking distance from the Vatican as well as from the Colosseum and Piazza Navona. Very central. We had to change our arrival time a few times because of transportation issues,but Luigi greeted us when we arrived with warm hospitality. He even started the AC in advance for us to have a break in the heat wave.

    Only thing I would improve is the bed. It could be more comfortable.
