Wonderful apartment in amazing location
Loved this property, it was clean, spacious (a rare find in Rome), well decorated and in a fantastic location. We were a family Of four and it was lovely to have the extra space to move around at the end of a month of travelling. The air conditioning worked very well and was in all bedrooms and the living area, as we were in Rome during a heat wave this was essential. Although a little noisy from around in 7am, you were in the heart of Rome. We loved stepping outside to find shops, restaurants and the Spanish steps only a few minutes away. This was a real find. As other have said it would have been nice to have access to the steps when arriving with bags, otherwise amenities were great.
Only Suggestion is to replace the existing washing clothes horse with something bigger.

We loved the location, it was stylish with many lovely restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small, charming cafe right next door, open for lunch. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. We appreciated the earlier check-in after our long flight. It was easy walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.
The cord for the iron was broken and a potential safety issue. The walls in the middle bedroom were quite marked which felt a bit dirty. We booked 2 private transfers through the owner of the property, the first one was a comfortable van but it arrived late and we had to chase them up with a few messages to find out where they were. The second transfer ended up being an Uber van instead of a private transfer, and the driver would only accept cash which we weren’t told, so we had to find an atm at the last minute and nearly missed our train! It was disappointing and caused stress we didn’t need, but the owner was apologetic and advised they would not use this company again.

Lovely apartment, shame about the noise
Property was very spacious and had everything we needed and great location, all attractions are within walking distance.
While down a lovely narrow road, it was very noisy. Across the road from a restaurant that empty there bottles at 5am and unfortunately due to it being an old building and no double glazing could hear every word people spoke outside. Was difficult to get to sleep. Also WIFI doesn’t reach to all areas of the apartment.
