Perfect place to stay in La Spezia!
Fantastic view, great place. The terrace is amazing. Attention to detail. We loved it.

Cute place, once we finally got in and it was cleaned.
Once we got into the place and it was clean, we had no issues. The problem was we had to wait to get into the apartment and then it hadn't been cleaned from the prior occupants, so we had to leave again.
We were supposed to check in at 2pm. The person meeting us there with the keys was running late, so we had to stall for an hour. Then when we arrived, it had not been cleaned from the prior occupants. We left again and had to give them another couple of hours to get the apartment cleaned.
