The location and how clean it was

    Loved everything about the property

Good location, comfortable, great value. Cute buildings with plenty of transit and food options nearby.

The shower doesn’t have separation from the rest of the bathroom, so water gets everywhere. Not a major issue, but certainly seems like it could cause water damage eventually

    Sucked

My beds were full of ants. The shower head was on the wrong wall where the tube slopes causing me to step on the sloped part while rinsing off and lost my footing causing me to face plant the shower floor.

We wouldn't rush to stay there again, but location was great so would depend on price.

Breakfast was fine- not great and for being open until 10- it was very picked over by 9. Staff was friendly, location was amazing.

Hot tub did not work, our door had large cracks all around it and even down the middle. We checked in to our room- but the bathroom was not cleaned! The came and fixed it- clearly just a miss, but then they still didn't empty the garbage and there were bandaid wrappers in there. It was just disappointing.
