    Quick and clear communication from the owner. I had a few issues such as using the key but turns out i was doing it wrong haha. The room was clean and aesthetic. Close to the centro train station which is convient to go to to and from the hotel and attractions within walking distance. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable. The bathroom was great, big mirror and a big rain drop type shower. The balcony was great for some photo taking

    This is nothing against the owner by via roma is quite noisy. However, the owner thought about this and provided some ear plugs, which was very considerate.
