Keys will be given to guests after they do the following: 1. Fill in registry sheet for the group that will use the unit. 2. Guarantee document, which will be given back upon check-out, if the apartment shows no damages 3. Payment of the remaining amount of the total stay (if there is any amount pending), early check-out won't entitle guests to any refund. 4. Sign the inventory. Towels and toiletries are not provided. If the credit card is rejected, guests will be able to provide a different card during the following 24 hours only. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A deposit may be required at the property.

Muy bonito, limpio y cómodo el departamento. Excelente atención de Valentina y Luis.
La ventana de uno de los baños no se podía abrir y los desagües de ambos lavamanos estaban tapados. Avisamos al retirarnos y quedaron en solucionarlo, todo con muy buena disposición.

Departamento muy cómodo y excelente ubicación. Departamento muy bien distribuido con suficientes baños y muy buenos espacios
Poca conexión con el arrendador. En cuanto a qué llevar. Por ejemplo llevar esponjas para lavar platos y detergente. Cerradura muy agripada con el óxido, es conveniente colocar Lwd. Refrigerador con falta de limpieza. Desagües con un poco de mal olor.

Calidez y Amabilidad
Departamento completamente calefaccionado, ideal para este invierno. Camas confortables y con frazadas de lana.
Realicé consultas por el chat y no me respondieron. La entrada vehicular no es por El Abanico 460, sino por las Gaviotas Esta información no la comunicaron.

Todo bien, gran atención de Luis muy amable y servicial en general, por ejemplo tuvo la calefacción prendida desde antes que llegáramos porque se notaba que son departamentos muy fríos.
El segundo baño es algo incómodo y la aislación térmica del depto en general es regular.
