All guests staying in one of our Elegance Club Rooms must be over the age of 18. Our Elegance Club offers an adults-only experience (18 years +) with private pool and beach areas, private VIP Lounges. When traveling with children, please enter their ages correctly. Lindo pero caro para lo que es
El lugar es lindo y se mantiene bien. Las piscinas no tienen más de 1.30mt, los restaurantes tienen comida fresca. Personal del Bar de arriba donde está el Piano: Increíble atención de Gary y las chicas, actitud muy amable y atentos en todo momento.
Limpieza y otros servicios: Dejamos varios días puesto el colgante de “no molestar” ellos mismos lo tiraban al suelo y luego desaparecía. Cuando no estaba, nos abrían la puerta sin esperar. Un día no hicieron la limpieza de la pieza, no quisimos reclamar pero si llamamos al servicio para que al menos nos trajeran toallas, pasaron 2 horas y no llevaban nada. Tuve que llamar y enojarme por teléfono amenazando hablar con el Grte del lugar para que recién ahí me dieran alguna solución. Otro día la cadena del WC no tiraba, alertamos al servicio y dijeron que ese día irían, pasó el día y nadie fue. Tuvimos que alegar por la app para que fuera alguien al día siguiente y cambiara la cadena completa. Personal: Salvo algunas excepciones, quienes trabajan ahí no tienen muy buena actitud, pareciera que se están quejando todo el tiempo, discuten alto entre ellos y si no dejas propina por alguna razón, se olvidan de ti. Los restaurantes no tienen separación para cantos de cumpleaños por ejemplo, entonces puedes estar comiendo y al mismo tiempo escuchar que cantan 3-4 veces para distintas mesas con gritos, para cenar, nada agradable.
