Fabulous luxury, huge rooms, excellent location, wonderful staff who will do anything to help you!
Brilliant central location, ENORMOUS rooms and bathrooms, fabulous and spotlessly clean spa and facilities, delicious food, and the staff were incredible, they made us feel like part of the family!
There is nothing I would change about this hotel, it was perfect and a genuine pleasure to stay there.

Majestic mais pas fantastique
La superficie de la chambre est parfaite. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont extrêmement agréables. Bel espace, belle amplitude horaire, propreté. Tout y est pour passer un moment de détente. J'aurais juste ajouté un fond musical. Le personnel au petit déjeuner et pour les valises est très avenant. Merci pour les marques d'attention : fleurs, champagne et chocolat Mais ...
Mais ... Le mobilier de la chambre est abîmé et désuet. Le meuble de salle de bain avait subi un dégât des eaux. La table du salon est très marquée par des traces de verres. Le dessus de lit rouge est vieillissant. La peinture au mur commence à s'effriter. Cela ne correspond pas au standing attendu compte tenu du prix. De plus, bruits dans la rue dès 6h du matin à cause visiblement d'un service de livraison en face. Nous l'avons précisé en partant. Mais cela n'a pas semblé intéresser la personne à l'accueil.
