For car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 3 days before departure. Pick up and drop off from/to Hanoi airport is impossible by shared van and guest needs to book private car service. - Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
