  Nekünk nagyon hiányzott a szúnyogháló az ablakokról de minden más tökéletes volt.

  The apartment itself was excellent. It was clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and had a spacious balcony with a lovely view. We really enjoyed staying there.

  Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Before our arrival, we received a suspicious SMS asking us to submit our personal details through an external website, threatening cancellation if we failed to do so. We contacted Major Residence through Booking.com to confirm whether the message was legitimate, but never received a reply. Our booking stated that check-in was between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM and that someone would meet us. We arrived at 3:30 PM, but nobody was there. When we called the host, he blamed us for not calling one hour before arrival, even though this requirement was never mentioned in the booking information. We were told he would call us back after checking our details, but he never did. After waiting for 20 minutes in 35°C heat, we called again and only then learned that the apartment door had been unlocked the entire time. Inside the apartment, there was no information about the Wi-Fi or breakfast, despite both being included. We had to contact the host again. The Wi-Fi issue was resolved quickly, but the breakfast details were only explained later when the host arrived. He also requested payment of the city tax in cash, although we had never been informed about this requirement in advance. The next morning, we went to the restaurant advertised in the apartment, only to discover it was not the correct breakfast location. We had to contact the host once again before receiving the proper address. The actual breakfast restaurant was different—and it was excellent. It was cozy, the food was nice Communication with guests needs significant improvement. A simple message before arrival explaining the check-in procedure, the cash city tax requirement, and clear written information in the apartment with the Wi-Fi password and the correct breakfast location would have prevented almost all of these issues. The apartment itself is excellent, but the overall guest experience was negatively affected by poor communication and a lack of organization.
