    il check in. Dovrebbero dare delle indicazioni precise all'arrivo soprattutto se si arriva oltre l'orario di apertura della reception. abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti sotto la pioggia prima di avere aiuto

    One dollar for a sachet of shampoo

    Very pretty, comfortable, nicely decorated and very well equipped one bedroom apartment, with balcony. Likewise the hotel provides beach umbrellas and chairs free of charge for guests, among other things. Personnel friendly and helpful.

    Check out too early (10am) and check in late afternoon. Asking guests extra money ($ 1 dollar) for an extra shampoo sachet is not only very odd, but specially tight, considering we were 2 people and stayed 3 nights. Its obviously not the amount, but the fact. Also, "security deposit", to be returned in 7-10 business days. Is it so difficult to check the apartment at the time of the check out?

    Great place - you will love it

    We liked everything - the location was great, close to a shopping center and several great beaches. The territory is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment was spacious and clean; it had a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cooler to keep fruit and beverages cold while exploring the island. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. They offered complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for kids. Every morning, they also provided a complimentary bag of ice for our cooler (thank you). They also had snorkeling gear rental.

    Nothing, everything was good.

    Sehr hellhörig, sehr laute Gäste in den Nachbarzimmern, grölten nachts um 01:00 Uhr im Treppenhaus herum obwohl ab 22:00 Uhr Nachtruhe war. Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer.
