    للأسف، تجربتي في هذا الفندق لم تكن موفقة أبداً ولم تكن على مستوى التوقعات. النظافة كانت سيئة للغاية، خاصة في الحمام، بالإضافة إلى أن الكوبايات والمياه المقدمة في الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة. كما تفاجأت بوجود دبان داخل الغرفة مما أزعجني كثيراً. أتمنى من الإدارة الانتباه لهذه الملاحظات وتحسين مستوى النظافة والخدمة بشكل عاجل لراحة النزلاء."

    كل الشكر والتقدير لموظفات الاستقبال في الفترة الصباحية؛ فقد كنّ في قمة الذوق والتعامل الراقي، وكنّ النقطة الإيجابية الوحيدة في المكان. ورغم ذلك، للأسف الفندق لا يستحق أبداً تصنيف أربع نجوم، بل لا يستاهل أكثر من نجمة أو نجمتين بالكثير
