    Points positifs : L'appartement est bien situé à Igoumenitsa et les pièces sont spacieuses. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces . La réactivité de l'hôte est tres appréciable(il a toujours répondu a mes messages) Les balcons tout au tour de l'appartement c'était tres agréable.

    Points négatifs : L'appellation "Deluxe" sur l'annonce est totalement mensongère par rapport à la réalité et au prix de près de 3 000 € les 3 semaines. Le nettoyage à notre arrivée était minime, la cuisine sous-équipée pour 3 personnes (1 poêle, 1 casserole 6 assiettes,2 bols ). Sur le plan technique, nous avons subi une coupure d'eau totale de plus de 24h et 16 jours de Wi-Fi très instable (la télévision se figeait, aucun réseau dans les chambres). Le propriétaire a bien réglé le problème la dernière semaine de notre séjour. L'attitude finale du propriétaire qui refuse de reconnaître le préjudice passé sous prétexte que le problème a été réparé à la fin est inacceptable pour un tel standing. Un litige est en cours avec Booking.
