We are a Boutique Hostel / Guest House, not a traditional hotel. The check-in and payment process is 100% remote. Payment must be made prior to check-in to guarantee access. We require identification/passport for all guests before arrival. The property is located in an urban and touristic area of Santiago, close to bars and restaurants, so occasional external noise may occur. The house is a renovated old building with a heritage style. Breakfast is simple, complimentary, and prepared daily by our team. Room cleaning is carried out every 3 days. We have a shared kitchen for common use. We do not have a 24-hour front desk.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Stanza ampia con bagno e divanetto. Cucina in comune con elettrodomestici. La posizione non è male, anche se un po' distante dal centro noi non abbiamo avuto problemi.
La mancanza di staff sul luogo. Tutte le comunicazioni via WhatsApp, e se una persona non risponde perché non riceve decidono loro per te senza provare a contattarti in altro modo (ad esempio scrivendo all'altra persona). La poca pulizia della stanza. La colazione scarsa e fredda che consiste solo di un panino a persona ossia due fette di pane in cassetta con mezza fetta di prosciutto cotto (letteralmente mezza) di bassa qualità e una fetta di formaggio, una mela e dei cracker secchi. Mettono poi della marmellata e del burro ma non danno pane con cui mangiarli quindi inutili. Camera bella ma il pavimento non vede una scopa da un bel po'.

The location close to the city centre is very convenient, and the neighbourhood felt quite safe. The shared areas are spacious and nicely decorated, and the packed breakfast is a really nice extra touch.
The room was a disappointment for us, as the space was extremely limited. We probably overlooked the room size when booking, so make sure to check this detail carefully before reserving. There are plenty of written house rules, but unfortunately, they do not seem to be enforced. For example, quiet hours are supposed to start at 10 p.m., yet there was a lot of noise in the common areas until around 2 a.m. during our stay. When I complained that we couldn't sleep, the response was simply that the rules had been clearly communicated and that there was nothing they could do about it. The building is also very old, so you can hear practically every movement. I had read similar reviews beforehand and thought the situation might not be as bad as people described, but unfortunately, they were right. Your experience depends heavily on the other guests. If you happen to be staying alongside people who want to party, you may simply not get any sleep. There are much better, modern, spacious apartments available in the city for the same price. I would recommend looking at those alternatives instead, as we had a much more relaxing and enjoyable stay elsewhere.

Super recomendable
La atención del personal fue súper buena!. La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia y bella!. El espacio común era muy acogedor, como si fuese un hogar. Mi vuelo salia muy temprano en la mañana así que el personal me dejó un desayuno para llevar MUY rico y lindo, con notita. La limpieza fue muuy buena, no pude usar mucho el agua caliente pero no me molestó.
