    We liked the apartment a lot, it was very nice, well equipped, clean and a great size. The placement was great and close to everything. Ramon was very helpful and gave us great recommendations.

    Graet stay and brilliant communication from Ramon.

    The location was perfect with the food market on your doorstep and restaurants and bars very close.

    The only suggestion is a fan in the bedroom as the air con was in the living area.

    Un incubo

    Assolutamente nulla

    Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Appena entrati nell’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: sporco ovunque, polvere e una pulizia talmente carente da rendere impossibile il soggiorno. Nel frigorifero erano presenti liquidi maleodoranti, segno evidente di una mancata pulizia. Come se non bastasse, dal climatizzatore cadevano pezzi di muffa. Abbiamo persino cercato di rimediare acquistando un prodotto igienizzante per pulire e sanificare, ma ci siamo resi conto che la situazione era ormai totalmente compromessa. A quel punto siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’appartamento e a cercare un’altra sistemazione, con tutti i disagi e i costi aggiuntivi che questo ha comportato. Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione così negativa, ma ritengo giusto raccontare la mia esperienza: la pulizia e l’igiene dovrebbero essere il requisito minimo per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.
