Never again because I felt dealing with an AI service agent and not a Human

Lovely spacious apartment, perfect for a big family. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone.

The air conditioning stopped working every day from around 5:00 am until 12:00 pm, and unfortunately this issue was never resolved during our stay. The washing machine was also not working. A technician came only after two days, but unfortunately was unable to fix it. We spent a lot of our vacation time waiting for technicians and trying to get these issues resolved. We found the service team not very cooperative or responsive, which was disappointing. Overall, the apartment itself was good, but the maintenance and service issues significantly affected our experience.
