    Overall we were satisfied with the apartment and amenities.

    The apartment was clean. It has air conditioner devices in living room and each bedroom. The location is very good - short walking distance to the beach, and into city centre. Quiet zone and private parking.

    The kitchen is small without proper air ventilation and exhauster, only a small window over the cooking plate. The bed mattresses seemed worn out, causing bad nights.

    Incumplimiento de contrato

    La ubicación y la terraza muy grande

    Pagamos un alojamiento con piscina y resulta que está rota y no nos avisan habiendo carteles en la urbanización. Su solución es ir a otra urbanización con un bebé que hemos estado, vamos a presentar una reclamación formal ya que no parece normal que esa sea su solución, se paga por todos los servicios y no barato precisamente. Pedimos con antelación que nos avisaran para poder dejar las cosas un poco antes ya que llevábamos comida de la bebé, nos dijeron que nos avisarían y no tuvimos respuesta.La chica de la limpieza se presentó a las 19.00 entrando por la puerta con las llaves y sin llamar para soltar unas cosas como el que entra en su casa. Las almohadas y los colchones súper blandos que te hundes. El sofá muy antiguo y súper hundido. Había hormigas a pesar de haber trampas. El alojamiento no estaba tan limpio a pesar de la cantidad que se paga.Publicidad muy engañosa por parte de esta empresa.
