Comodo e pulito
Appartamento ampio e confortevole vicino al centro.
Il codice di entrata all'appartamento ci ha dato problemi ed ho dovuto chiamare un sacco di numeri forniti per l'assistenza ma per tutti rispondeva la segreteria telefonica. Alla fine ho scritto tramite booking un messaggio e ci hanno chiamato e risolto

The best thing is the location but that doesn't compensate for the lack of quality of the apartment.
On first sight it looks nice but the apartment has ongoing severe problems with the supply of warm water and the drainage of water in the shower. So we had to shower with almost cold water and one bathroom was not available during two days due to blockage and leakage. The washing machine showed a malfunction and the frying pans were not suitable for induction cooking or cooking at all. The management responded quickly every time (I had almost daily contact) by sending a technician and bringing a new pan but some things can not be fixed because they're too old or too damaged and should therefore be replaced. The management should and could be aware of these defects but so far they refused a serious financial compensation (Only a discount of 25% for my next trip). In fact they're ghosting me.
