  Nådde ikke opp til forventningen, leiligheten bærer preg slitasje.

  Sentralt til det meste.

  Stilase forran vinduet mot stranden, ikke opplyst om på forhånd. Harde madrasser og puter. Flekker på møbler og sengetøy. Bærer preg av slitasje, spesielt bad og møbler. Lite glass og asjetter.

  The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic. It was close to everything we needed – the beach, the port, the city centre and many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was also very spacious, with large and comfortable rooms, which was great for a group of six people.

  However, there were several things that could be improved. The apartment is visibly older and would benefit from some renovation and better maintenance. The walls, windows and curtains were quite dirty. The floor was also not properly cleaned when we arrived – on the first evening, we noticed that dirt was sticking to our feet when walking barefoot. For an apartment intended for six people, having only one set of keys was quite inconvenient, especially when guests have different schedules. In the kitchen, we also missed a simple kitchen towel or paper towels. The frying pan was quite old and food was sticking to it, and one of the pots did not work on the induction hob. Also, only three dishwasher tablets were provided, which was not enough for six people for the whole stay. Unfortunately, when we opened the dishwasher, we also found an insect crawling inside, which appeared to be possibly a cockroach. The TVs in both rooms also had problems. The signal was very weak and the picture kept freezing, while the remote controls did not work properly either, even after we replaced the batteries. The key collection process was also unnecessarily complicated, especially for guests arriving late at night. The keys have to be collected from a reception at a different address, which meant that after arriving late, we had to take a taxi and make an additional stop at another location just to pick up the keys. It would be much more convenient if the keys could be left in a secure lockbox at the apartment or if the apartment had a code-based entry system. Another thing that I found rather unusual was the requirement for guests to take the rubbish out themselves, with a potential additional charge if this is not done. I travel quite frequently and have stayed in many different countries, but this is honestly something I have never encountered before. I found this requirement quite unusual for holiday accommodation.

  Localização excelente! Muito próximo da praia de Malagueta, com restaurantes e mercados próximos, excelente para caminhada no calçadão, mesmo a noite, pois érealmente muito bem localizado. Apartamento espaçoso, camas muito confortáveis, com ótimas roupas de cama, a máquina de lavar e secar roupas funcionou muito bem, a de louças também. Vaga de garagem próxima a entrada e ao elevador.

  A TV não funcionou bem, o Wi-Fi (apesar das boas avaliações) não estava com bom sinal. Um apartamento bom com excelente localização, mas que era oferecido o essencial para uma hospedagem, kit de higiene pessoal (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete pequenos, não suficiente para toda a estadia), um kit para lavar louças com 1 sabão apenas. Não havia café, chá e nem sequer uma garrafa de água... Com pequenas gentilezas para os hóspedes que chegam às vezes a noite e cansados de viagem, creio que tornaria a hospedagem muito melhor.
