    O apartamento é ótimo, o atendimento foi excelente desde a reserva com todos os detalhes e informações de como chegar, abrir a porta do prédio e do apartamento.

    Tive dificuldade para usar o chuveiro porque não estava saindo água.

    Bad experience with them

    The location, near Gran Vía.

    The room wasn't ready; there was a 40-minute delay on their end—they were just cleaning it. The staff was unfriendly, and I didn't sense any empathy from them. There wasn't enough toilet paper, and basics like coffee were missing.The doors to the two bathrooms wouldn't close, and there were no blankets. I wouldn't stay there again.
