    Very quiet farm property. Really well situated for Ripon, Grantley Hall and Fountains Abbey. Outdoor pizza and drinks event on the Friday was fun. Host very welcoming and plenty of breakfast choice.

    Peaceful stay with lovely surroundings

    It is in a beautiful setting. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and very cosy. All the amenities you could ask for as well as a small fridge, which was great for storing our picnic for the next day. Maggie was a wonderful host. Lots of info about what was nearby and places we might like to visit. The breakfast was also great! Lovely produce from the farm and local surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

    Excellent wkend break, comfortable, relaxing, lovely food, location and host

    Excellent quality - gluten free!

    A little dusty, glass, mirrors, skirting back of doors No signal at all for a tv reception
