    The location is truly excellent.

    We couldn’t get back into the apartment because the keypad at the entrance to the building wasn’t working. We were locked out and stood in front of the building for an hour. We called the staff, but no one answered. We are a family with a small child, so it was very uncomfortable to wait like that. Luckily, a lady who lives in the building showed up and let us in. After that, I tried contacting the staff several more times, both by phone and messages, but nothing. They didn’t bother to respond for three full days — shameful! I had to take matters into my own hands and fix the keypad myself. Very poor and unprofessional service.
