    Lage gut, ruhig, Wohnsituation zu dunkel , Möbel abgenutzt

    Die Lage

    Wohnung ist zu dunkel, kein Ausblick. Wohn-Esszimmer -Küche ist ein kleines Zimmer, Couch ist übergroß, die Esszimmerstühle sind total abgenutzt. An den beiden Fenstern wären leichte Rollos besser als die beiden langen Vorhänge. Es gibt nur eine Deckenbeleuchtung, die extrem hell macht, zusätzliche Lichtquellen zum Dimmen fehlen. Im Schlafzimmer ist die Beleuchtung gut. Ein größerer Schrank wäre besser. Auch dort die langen Vorhänge durch Rollos tauschen. Wir haben auf den Betten zwei Bettbezüge vorgefunden, Bettdecken mussten wir im Schrank suchen und selbst beziehen! Bad ist ok, mit Fenster, Dusche ausreichend groß. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso Toilettenpapier und eine Handseife. In der Küche gibt es einen Eierkocher für ein Ei! ebenso einen Eierbecher! Im Haus ist es ruhig, allerdings gehen die Bewohner an den Fenstern vorbei , da dort der Weg zur Straße vorbeigeht. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.
