Excellent location right by the beach, but on the pricey side.
A clean, spacious and very well-equipped accommodation in an unbeatable location. The beach is just a few steps away, shaded by beautiful trees that provide natural cooling — a real blessing in the summer heat. The soundproofing is also excellent.
However, there are a few things worth mentioning. The price is on the higher side. Prior to arrival, we received multiple emails asking for our check-in time, which felt somewhat overwhelming. It later turned out that check-in is flexible after 2 PM and fully self-service via a key lock box — so the host’s presence is not required at all. This could have been communicated more clearly from the start. Additionally, the PDF with property information contained incorrect GPS coordinates, placing the accommodation several kilometres from its actual location, which caused some confusion on arrival. Unfortunately, both my partner and I had trouble sleeping during our stay, though we are not sure of the exact cause. Overall a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in communication and pre-arrival information.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: Man erreicht fußläufig sowohl das Stadtzentrum der Stadt Trogir als auch den sehr zu empfehlenden Strand „Copacabana“ in Okrug Gornji. Das Zimmer und der Flur waren sehr sauber, das Bett und die Kopfkissen gemütlich. Die Fotos stimmen mit dem Zimmer zu einhundert Prozent überein, was heutzutage nicht immer so ist. Hervorzuheben ist noch die Gastgeberin, welche sehr freundlich ist und bei Fragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat! Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

The room is very clean, charming, and modern with the sea view. The beach is just downstairs. The staff is very nice, responsible and very friendly.
