Un appartamento arrangiato

La struttura ha chiesto un costo aggiuntivo di 140 euro per il terzo ospite (per un errore mio in fase di prenotazione avevo indicato due ospiti invece di tre) ma su booking il costo dell'intero appartamento non cambia indipendentemente dal numero di ospiti (ho verificato inserendo 1 ospite o 3 o 4). Ho chiesto più volte una spiegazione alla struttura ma non ho ricevuto risposta e alla fine ho pagato quella cifra addizionale. I 140 euro sono serviti per ricevere delle indicazioni orientative su dove trovare le lenzuola per preparare da noi il divano letto. Allo stesso modo abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte per poi arrangiarci per avere altra carta igienica. In bagno il rubinetto della doccia è rotto e non sono venuti a controllare come avevano detto. La doccia presenta muffa. La casa risulta poco illuminata. In una delle camere non c'è spazio per riporre camicie e pantaloni. L'armadio è usato come deposito lenzuola e tovaglie. Nell'altra un appendiabiti con 4 grucce, ma almeno è presente una cassettiera.

Nice and spacious 2 bed apartments. Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. Location very good to get to local beach and promenade. Very safe.
The balcony was very dirty therefore could not use it at all. No balcony furniture as per misleading photo on booking.com No kettle in the kitchen. The pots were dirty and could not wash them off. Unfortubately could not use kitchenette apart from oven and coffee pot. This was disappointing as i was planning on cooking more instead of dining out.
